There are just too many!

Fresh Cherries with Mango. My son asks me to make it again and again!

My favorite smootie is spinach, banana, strawberrys, milk and a couple icecubes. Yum yum!

I start with a green smoothie everyday! This one is perfectly green and wonderfully sweet! 2 cups packed spinach or mixed baby greens 1 banana, peeled and in chunks 1/3 - 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple 1 tablespoon ground flax seed 4-6 ounces all-natural coconut water Combine in blender until smooth. Makes one serving.

Greens & Berries: Blend two or three handfuls Baby Spinach or Kale with 1 single serving carton of Coconut Water. Add Fresh Tumeric and Ginger and Chia or Flax Seeds. Add Banana. Add frozen berries - I used a mixed berry blend with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and add cranberries.

What I'd love to see are smoothie recipes without bananas. I'm allergic, thus have to avoid most commercially produced ones.

Very Berry Green Smoothie 1 cup blackberries 1 cup whole strawberries 2 cups spinach 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt ½ cup ice ½ tea fresh ginger (peeled and grated) 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Strawberry-Basil! 16oz Fresh Strawberries (you can leave the stems on!) 1 medium apple 1/2 small Avocado 1/3 cup packed basil 1 cup packed Organic Baby Spinach 6 large ice-cubes

2 cups coconut water 2 cups packed fresh spinach leaves 2 cups pineapples 1 avocado I love how the pineapples mask the taste of all the spinach leaves! And the avocado makes for a nice creamy touch!

1 cup coconut water, 2 cups packed fresh spinach, 2 navel oranges peeled, 1 cup pineapples, freshly cut and frozen, Chia seeds to top it off! This is my favorite refreshing smoothie to make! My 3 1/2 year old son, and 18 month old daughter love it! Chia seeds are great for you and add a nice nutty finish! YUM!

Can you please make your recipes in a printer-friendly format? It would be nice to be able to have a clean copy of the recipe all on one page, unless it is long and requires 2 pages. Thank you.

Avocado smoothie! For vegetarian: blend 1/2 an avocado with a few TBS of sweetened condensed milk, ice, and a little milk to thin to desired consistency. Top with Filipino halo-halo mix (mixture of sweet beans, hack fruit, coconut, and sweet jellies). For a vegan version, use coconut cream and some agave nectar instead. Delicious!

One of my favorite smoothies during late winter is a "Shamrock Shake Redux". I used to love the minty green ice cream shakes you'll find at McDonald's but I am changed my diet several years ago and McDonald's does not quite fit into that. I created a healthy and nourishing Shamrock Shake of my own that mimics the flavor and lovely green color with natural ingredients! To make I combine soy milk, greek yogurt, pure mint extract, avocado, spinach, and a little agave nectar. The texture is thick and creamy for a great minty treat that my body thanks me for.

I like a Hawaiian Eye Green (Lime) Sherbet or frappe with Pineapple Juice. Covered with a little sweet whipped cream and a strawberry. Simple. Sweet...and refreshing.

Every Friday morning I make a mocha-java smoothie: almond milk, raw oats, hemp protein powder, cocoa nibs, instant coffee, spinach, bananas, and a little cinnamon...YUMMY!

Coconut water, strawberries, banana, kale, hemp seeds, chia seeds and spirulina.

Even though pumpkin pie season is behind us, this smoothie (which could double as a soup), still inspires cravings! PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE Yield: 2 servings Equipment Blender INGREDIENTS 2 cups fresh carrot juice 1/2 cup raw sweet potato, peeled and cubed 4 Medjool dates, pitted 1/2 avocado, pitted 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ice (optional: I leave it out) Blend and serve immediately. Will keep up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

When my family and I are on the road for a day and I want to feel clean and satisfied I bring a cold green smoothie made with nettle tea that I steep strong in a french press and chill. I blend an apple, raw ginger, athe better part of a cucumber, and some greens and water. I sip it for a long time and have a handful of almonds with it. It really helps with temptations of typical road trip snacking.

Chocolate Silk almond milk Greek yogurt Crunchy peanut butter Banana Wheat germ Honey Blend. Drink. Mmmm.

Winter Hot Cider Smoothie: 2 Cups Apple Cider 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Black Cherry Concentrate 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mango chunks 2 large handfuls fresh Spinach 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed or Meal 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds Blend together until smooth. Pour into large mug and heat in microwave (or on stove top) until hot. Absolutely hits the spot on an icy winter morning when a cold smoothie just won't do. The cider and black cherry concentrate is the stand-out flavor, as the rest of the ingredients are relatively bland and are overshadowed.

This one sticks with you until you're ready for lunch: 1 c. water, 1/2 c. almond milk large handful of mixed greens 1/2 frozen banana 5 frozen strawberries or dark sweet cherries 1/3 c. cooked oatmeal 1 T. cacao pwdr cinnamon/vanilla/stevia to taste

I have a green smoothie everyday and I have a great base recipe that is easy for adjusting seasonally. Start with 1 cup greens (kale, spinach, chard etc) 1/2 fresh bannana, 1 inch slice of fresh ginger and 2 tlb chia seeds. Add one of your favorite stone fruits, citrus, or apple and 1 cup of your favorite chopped seasonal veggie (zucchini, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot etc). Add water and ice to blend to your desired consistency and ENJOY! Go to my website to see more of my vegan and vegetarian recipes :)

I love 5 ounces of orange juice with a fresh peach, ice and a scoop of protein, add a little vanilla and yum .

frozen banana almond butter home-fermented kefir a few coffee beans ground flax voila!

Hazelnut milk with a little unsweetened cocoa powder and a dash of vanilla and a little simple syrup. Tastes just like Nutella in a glass

My daily morning smoothie is made with a cup of water to start. Add in a big handful of organic baby spinach, 1/2 cup blueberries, a large banana, 5 large strawberries, 2 tablespoons organic shelled hemp seeds and one tablespoon of chia seeds. A delicious and very healthy start to my day!

Banana, kale, avocado, and ice, with a little Truvia to sweeten it. It's like a milkshake without all the bad stuff.

Tart Cherry juice for anti-inflammatory, plain Greek yogurt for protein, strawberries for vitamin C and raisins for a bit of sweetness and antioxidants. YUMM!!

My husband makes this smoothie every morning and calls it his PSA level buster. The combo of flax seed oil and cottage cheese is apparently good for lowering PSA but it also tastes great: In a 16 oz. measure, put 1/4 cup flax seed oil, 1/4 cup small curd cottage cheese, 1 small ripe banana (he favors small red bananas), & 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or fresh strawberries. Fill to top with sweetened vanilla almond milk. Blend with an immersion blender or pour into a regular blender and blend until smooth. Drink.

My favorite combination is 1 1/2 cups ice cold Chocolate Silk milk, 3/4 cup frozen Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Cut in pieces after frozen... 1/2 cup natural organic peanut(or)(soy/almond) butter handful of spinach or kale Blend together until smooth and creamy... Yummy

A peanut butter honey banana smoothie with cocoa nibs. Plain yogurt is my base then I add peanut butter, sometimes crunchy sometimes not, local honey, organic banana and toss in a tablespoon or two of cocoa nibs. The nibs give the smoothie a wonderful crunch and a hit of delicious chocolate. I thin it if needed, depending on ripeness of the banana, with a bit of soy milk, non-gmo of course

Left over oatmeal, carob, peanut butter, agave and silk vanilla soymilk.....better than any baked goods

Banana, frozen berries, plain greek yogurt, coconut water, almond milk, spirulina, and hemp seeds. Sometimes avocado instead of banana. Sometimes raw cacao instead of spirulina. Sometimes frozen mango instead of frozen berries. :)

I love adding frozen ripe avocado to smoothies - it makes them super creamy, rich, and adds a boost of protein and healthy fats!

I look forward to summertime when I blend plain Greek yogurt and white peaches. I also use white nectarines. The fruit is grown locally and purchased from the Farmer's Market. I also just throw in any fruit getting over ripe with the yogurt rather than have it go to waste. Plums with the nectarines and/or peaches is a nice combination. Adding ice is optional and to taste.

Vegan smoothie: 1 cup almond milk, one tbls. chia seeds, one tbls. ground flax seed. At this point i blend well to gel the chia seeds. Add a lot of spinach and alot of kale, you cannot taste either one in this drink. One apple, one orange, one banana, one cup of black or cannelli or any bean rinsed well to remove the salt and one cup of berries, (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries etc.)We do cut up the bananas and freeze them and use frozen berries for convenience unless they are in season. After blending all together we add 2 cups of ice and make it into a beautiful healthy shake that will hold you until lunch.

I made an awesome one this morning, with 1 cup greek yogurt, two cups frozen strawberries, 1 cup orange juice, and 2 tbs chia seeds (all estimates). Otherwise I follow this formula: Add almond milk or coconut milk to blender, then orange juice. Next add spinach, followed by frozen fruit. Top with one banana and lots of chia seeds, and blend.

I love green tea ice cream but not the fat & calories so I make this instead: 1/2 of a banana, 1/2c. plain fat-free yogurt, 1/4c. orange juice, 2 tsp. macha (green tea) powder, 1/3 scoop of vanilla protein powder, a handful of fresh spinach leaves, and a few ice cubes. Perfect after a workout, but tastes like dessert!

I belong to a garden exchange (we exchange fresh produce and herbs once a month that grow in our garden. Different from food exchange! Every month I have fresh fruit which I blend up into a smoothie. But my favorite smoothie so far was when I received a box of hachiya persimmons. Which I added to my morning smoothie of plain yogurt, rice milk, seeds(mix flax, chia and sesame), frozen banana, and spinach or swiss chard! The color of the smoothie from the persimmons is amazing.

My best smoothie happened accidentally! A failed batch of freezer strawberry basil jam with chia seeds became the base when it didn't set thickly enough. Now I have 7 more jars in the freezer just waiting for their chance to do the blender dance!

8 oz frozen cauliflower 1/2 c skim milk 2 T cocoa powder sweetener (your choice, to taste) 1 t. hazelnut flavoring 2 T cacao nibs In a small bowl, blend the cocoa powder & sweetener with enough HOT water to dissolve the powder, then mix in the hazelnut flavoring & the milk. Pour this into a blender; add the frozen cauliflower and blend well until smooth & thick. Stir in the cacao nibs. Who knew cauliflower could taste so yummy as a milkshake???

My favorite is red grapes, banana, and baby spinach.

Berries and berries! Combined raspberries and blueberries with kale and almond soy milk. The sweet combination and the purple-pink color is something I must have twice a week. So Delicious!
