Smart Bite: No socks, no shoes, no service. Power walking in stilettos isn’t so easy. If you’re going to get active during your lunch break, it’s a good idea to keep a “walking kit” at your office. You’ll definitely want to include a spare pair of sneakers so you don’t have to tote them back and forth and risk forgetting them and a few pair of clean socks. Other items you may wish to stash include hair ties, deodorant, a water bottle, a sun-protective hat, and an extra pair of sunglasses.
