Smart Bite: Pamper your eyes. Staring at you computer all day can seriously strain your eyes. Give your lids a little much-deserved R & R during your lunch break by taking ten minutes out to recline with cool, damp chamomile tea-bags, cool cucumber slices, or a relaxing eye pillow.
