Made these last year and they were a real hit... yummy and great presentation. Making them again this year by special request! The presentation is amazing... you could really stuff em with just about anything. I might make them sweet this year with yams & a cinnamon maple dressing... tbd

My wife recently became a vegetarian finding it took away her arthritis pain. Our family is trying to follow her example. Keep the recipes coming!
