Hello is there a printable version of the meal plan and shopping list?
This is my first attempt at eating vegetarian for any period of time. I'm a good cook with meat. But, I'm lousy at vegetarian cooking. Where do I find the recipes for these dishes. I want to be successful.

I can not follow this I do not eat egg ,wheat, diary,yogurt And meat
We did try this diet and while successful to a point for one of us, my partner did not like some of the recipes. How do I switch out the recipes?
I have to eat a Gluten and Diary Free diet, what food swaps/portions would you recommend for the wheat and diary products on this meal plan?
I would also like to see a vegan version. Some of the dinners seem easily adjustable, but some of the snacks for example really do need alternatives (ex:greek yogurt topped with walnuts etc,)

Where the VEGAN meal plan for the portion control challange?
I am only one person and the leftovers seem daunting. Do these items freez well?
I did not receive all 7 e-mails! After day three they were dropped - not even in my spam!
I also was not able to print out the full 7 day meal plan due to the VT subscription ad. I also would like to see a vegan meal plan. In addition, from Day 3 until today I did NOT recevie anything from VTs. Was there a problem, a glitch?
I really enjoyed the challenge but found that the recipes made tons of leftovers with no place in the rest of the menus so rather than having a bulging refrigerator I ate leftovers instead of new dinners at the end of the week. I plan on making the remaining dinners this week as I continue the meal plan. I lost 4 lbs last week and the menus really helped me see where the errors are in my normal diet. I hope you will continue the menus!

I stuck with the plan as best as I could, but I did make a few adjustment for food preferences and I had wine most nights. I learned that I clearly eat too much, yet I never felt starved on this diet. Planning out what I was going to eat for the entire day helped so much. In the end I lost 3 pounds which I'm very happy about. February 4th is my 50th birthday and I hope to lose at least another three. Thanks again for the great challenge.
