this was awesomeness in a glass... but I did add a couple of baby kale

Tasty surprise! And now I can add new tastes if I want.

this sounds really good!`

Used to make pure avocado smoothies, but this is so much better. Except I never tried it with coconut water because I can't stand bottled coconut water. Instead I used water, added a handful of coconut and I make it all the time now!!!

Just whipped up a batch of this for breakfast. It's an absolutely fantastic recipe. This is something even kids would really like. Thanks.

If you want to make this a slightly more frozen type of drink, I froze some coconut water in cubed and dropped them in at the end. Great smoothie overall though.

Great smoothie!!! I mixed it spinach , kale, carrot and apple juice that I made from my juicer.

Very delicious and healthy!!!!!

Can you use coconut or almond milk rather than coconut water?

Give it a go
