Banana-Honey Tofu Ice Cream

½ lb. firm tofu, drained

1 cup plain soy milk
Ingredient Line: 
¼ cup honey
Ingredient Line: 
3 ripe bananas
Ingredient Line: 
1 ½ Tbs. vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  1. In blender, puree all ingredients in 2 equal batches until very smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve right away or transfer to airtight container and freeze up to 3 days.

Would you be able to tell me how many grams of sugar are in these recipes? They look wonderful, but, I am post bariatric, and can't handle more than 10 grams without getting sick.
