Banana-Maple Cashew Pudding

Dress up this quick dessert as shown with cashew pieces and caramelized banana slices. To prepare bananas, sprinkle with maple sugar and sauté 
2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat, or until browned and glistening.

My husband and I thought this was quite yummy. My sons thought it was too sweet and too banana tasting. I will make this again, but perhaps try different amounts of bananas and maple syrup.
