Banana Smoothie

  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • ½ (8-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbs. firm tofu
  • 2 Tbs. protein powder
  1. Place all ingredients and 11/4 cups water in tall pitcher. Using immersion blender, process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
