Basil Cream

30 minutes or lessThe fresh flavor of basil is dominant in this cooling cream. Refrigerated, it stays fresh for days. In addition to adding it to the Roasted Red Pepper Soup, you can use this on grains, beans and vegetables.
- 6 oz. soft silken tofu
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves (about 25 leaves)
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
