Blushing Peach Crumb Pie

- 4 cups peeled, halved, pitted, sliced peaches (4 large)
- 2 cups raspberries
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 ½ Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ cup whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
