Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Popcorn

Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Popcorn

Serves 12

30 minutes or fewer

Skip the chips! This crunchy treat will satisfy kids' snack urges.
  • 6 cups air-popped popcorn or plain, unsalted microwave popcorn
  • ¼ cup vegan margarine, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp. ground cinnamon

Toss popcorn with melted margarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and toss to coat.

excellent advice I was raised vegetarian and remained so till I was 30 only having tried meat occasionally as an adult. I had a massive weight gain eating hospital food just before my 30th birthday. I gained 50k in 3months. everyone drs friends random people told me I had to eat a low carb diet which included meat. The question was always are you eating your low fat chicken/beef for dinner. I hated it. I havnt lost any weight and the constant meat eggs was making me feel I'll. I have now decided to research vegetarian dieet! As I was raised vege I shoild know naturally but I don't. I love your recipes and advice:-)

That's the 1st thing I noticed too, was the obvious home made paper container. Would love to make these and decorate them for Halloween! Maybe toss some candy corn in the mix!

This was very tasty and easy to put together. I used 1 tsp. cinnamon instead of 3/4 tsp. for added flavor.
