Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts and Orange

When selecting your sprouts, choose those that are firm and fully green.
- 4 pints Brussels sprouts
- 2 Tbs. orange juice
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ¾ tsp. granulated sugar or 1 ½ tsp. brown rice syrup
- ½ tsp. salt
- Pinch white pepper
- ⅓ cup walnut oil
- ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1 Tbs. orange zest in long strips
