Buttery Bean Topping

For a make-your-own meal, nothing beats baked potatoes with all the fixings. Set the table with sweet potatoes cooked in the microwave and the following toppings for a healthful feast the whole family will love.
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 15-oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh sage

This was actually so good! I added red chili flakes and some salt, since I used unsalted butter. Served with the ricotta-spinach topping as well.
