Chamomile Tea with Cranberry and Ginger

Serves 6

30 minutes or fewer

Who says chamomile tea is just for nighttime? Our updated version pairs it with tangy cranberry juice and ginger for a warming afternoon drink.
  • 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • 7 bags chamomile tea
  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 Tbs. honey

1. Bring 6 cups water and ginger to a boil in large pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep 5 minutes.

2. Strain into teapot. Stir in juice and honey, and serve immediately.

I did this without the cranberry juice, and it was so yummy, especially with my delicious raw honey! I'll always have my chamomile with ginger from now on!
