Chili Oil
Makes 1/4 cup
Store this ultraversatile oil in the fridge, and use it on pizza or roasted vegetables.
- ¼ cup peanut oil
- 1 Tbs. red pepper flakes

Heat oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add red pepper flakes, and cook until they sizzle. Pour oil into glass jar, cover, and cool to room temperature. Stir or shake before using.
