Cinnamon Oranges and Honey Yogurt
- 1 qt. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 4 oranges
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Spoon yogurt into fine-meshed sieve placed over a bowl, and let drain 1/2 hour. Place thickened yogurt in mixing bowl, and stir in honey.
2. Peel oranges, cutting away all pith and membranes. Cut each orange into 6 round slices.
3. Spoon yogurt into shallow serving plate. Place orange slices on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon.March 2005
