Cocoa Berry Yogurt Mousse

To make Frosted Strawberries: Place strawberries in colander, and spray with lukewarm water. Gently shake colander to remove excess water. Stem, then cut berries widthwise into 1/4-inch slices. - ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
