Cumin-Spiked Popcorn

Cumin-Spiked Popcorn

Serves 6

This simple homemade popcorn is healthier and better-tasting than packaged, and it's very easy to make.
  • ¾ cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients in large, heavy pan. Cover, and place over medium-high heat. When corn starts to pop, shake vigorously until all kernels are popped. Serve immediately.
