This was awesome! I used canned edamame and it turned out lovely. And it wasn't too minty at all, in my opinion. Perfect to pack for my daughter's school lunch.

Delicious!!! I didn't have cucumber, so used sliced tomatoes....realllly good!

this was very good- very unique, bt it was overwhelmingly minty and made me think of candy or toothpaste. I will make this again, but probably use tarragon or basil or herbs de provence instead of mint. In fact I bet a scarborough fair mix would be excellent in this.

It was really good and fast! Will make again and share with friends.

Made it last week, it's wonderful. Great summertime dish, no cooking involved.

I love your magazine! In the current issue you give direction on how to make yogurt. Can I put it in a jar like you preserve jelly and put it in a slow cooker to heat it up, instead of buying a yogurt maker?

I haven't tried this specific recipe, but this little sandwich shop by my work makes an edamame pate sandwich withvery similar ingredients and it is absolutely divine!

I made just the pate and had on crackers. The combination of flavors is great!

This was so easy to throw together. I subbed cashews for walnuts and folded chopped cucumbers and peppers into the spread after processing the first part. It was a great picnic snack with crackers and bread. Yum!

My most delicious sandwish is: Brown bread, spread with peanutbutter and a tiny bit of mayo with lettuce. Yum, yum.
