Does anyone know if this would be good heated on a cold day?

Wonderful soup for a hot summer day. Love the texture by adding corn and avacado as garnish.

I could go for that... love corn and avocado! I'm growing into quite the adventurous eater. I think I just might try this recipe.

This soup is AMAZING heated. I used oat milk instead of almond for a mild, sweet flavor, blended it all and then heated it gently. Also chunked up a few fingerling potatoes and threw those in. Delish!
