In blender, combine all ingredients and blend just until smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve.
  • ¾ cup vanilla low-fat soy milk
  • ½ peeled banana, frozen
  • ⅓ cup chopped fruit, such as cantaloupe or nectarine
  • ¼ cup plain low-fat soy yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. soy protein powder
