Fruity Soy Shake
1 Serving
In blender, combine all ingredients and blend just until smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve.
- ¾ cup vanilla low-fat soy milk
- ½ peeled banana, frozen
- ⅓ cup chopped fruit, such as cantaloupe or nectarine
- ¼ cup plain low-fat soy yogurt
- 2 Tbs. soy protein powder
