Ginger Sesame Marinade
1 1/4 cups
In large, shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well blended. Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat. If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days. Stir well before using.
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. fresh ginger, minced
- ⅓ cup pineapple juice
