Gingersnap Latte Syrup
Makes 1 cup syrup
To make a gingersnap latte, spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of this syrup into a mug, add 6 ounces of coffee or 2 shots of espresso, and top with 1/4 cup frothed milk.
- ¼ cup blackstrap molasses
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 dash ground cloves, optional
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
