Gourmet Hot Chocolate

Ultrathick and rich drinking chocolate is all the rage in bakeries and coffee shops. This recipe lets you savor the sweet indulgence right in your own kitchen. We suggest serving this drinkable treat in demitasse cups because it is so creamy and filling.
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 8 oz. 60% dark chocolate, finely chopped

Place cocoa powder in medium saucepan, and slowly whisk in milk. Add chocolate, and warm over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth and hot.
