Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio with Four Peppercorn Mix
2 large heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes (1 ½ lb.), sliced
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. chopped fresh oregano
Slightly overlap tomato and mozzarella slices on serving platter. Drizzle with oil, season with salt (if desired), and sprinkle with freshly ground Four Peppercorn Mix. Garnish with chopped fresh oregano.
