Homemade Salsa

This quick dip rivals store-bought fresh salsas—and costs a lot less.

1 14.5-oz. can petite diced tomatoes with mild green chiles

1 bunch green onions, finely chopped (½ cup)

¼ cup chopped cilantro

½ tsp. sugar

Instructions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill 2 hours, or overnight.
