Lime and Peanut Sauce

Makes 1 cup

30 minutes or fewer

Whisk together all ingredients until honey dissolves.
  • ½ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • ⅓ cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • (2 Tbs. juice)
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

Whisk together all ingredients until honey dissolves.
