Mellow Melon Smoothie

Serves 1

30 minutes or fewer

  • 1 ½ cups chilled or frozen cantaloupe chunks
  • ½ apple, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt or firm tofu cubes
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds

Blend cantaloupe, apple, celery, and Greek yogurt or tofu in blender until smooth. Stir in chia seeds.

I thought this smoothie was good but a little bland. I could taste the celery more than the cantaloupe so I had to add extra melon.
