Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Serves 1

30 minutes or fewer

Protein powder is the "secret" ingredient that makes this smoothie so good for you in the morning. If you're making it with frozen fruit, use only 3 ice cubes.
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • 6 strawberries, hulled
  • ½ peach, peeled
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • 3 Tbs. soy protein powder
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. honey or 1 packet no-calorie sweetener, optional
  1. Put all ingredients in blender, and purée until smooth.
