Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Protein powder is the "secret" ingredient that makes this smoothie so good for you in the morning. If you're making it with frozen fruit, use only 3 ice cubes.
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- ½ banana
- 6 strawberries, hulled
- ½ peach, peeled
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- 3 Tbs. soy protein powder
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp. honey or 1 packet no-calorie sweetener, optional
