Parsley-Garlic Crème

Dollop this sauce atop Mediterranean Terrine slices, or pass it around the table in a small bowl so guests can serve themselves.

Instructions: 

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy.

does anyone know about how long this stays good before i should throw it away?it would rally help if you did. thanks so much.

It's almost like a pesto. I would think it could stay in the fridge a week or more, and be frozen for up to 6 months in a freezer-safe container.
