Pineapple Miso Sambal
Makes 1 1/4 cups
30 minutes or fewer
Pulse all ingredients in blender or food processor until mixed, leaving pineapple in small chunks.
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbs. chile paste with garlic
- 3 Tbs. minced peeled fresh ginger
- 3 Tbs. white miso paste
- 3 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
