Pineapple Miso Sambal

Makes 1 1/4 cups

30 minutes or fewer

Pulse all ingredients in blender or food processor until mixed, leaving pineapple in small chunks.
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves
  • 3 Tbs. chile paste with garlic
  • 3 Tbs. minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 3 Tbs. white miso paste
  • 3 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

Pulse all ingredients in blender or food processor until mixed, leaving pineapple in small chunks.
