Quick Aioli

This quick sauce is a great vegan substitute for traditional aïoli, which is made with raw egg yolks and lots of olive oil.

Just make this recipe. So much better than soy mayo which ruins the taste of everything: 4 ounces soft silken tofu 1 clove garlic 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons dijon mustard 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil Kosher salt Use hand blender to blend everything but oil until mixed. Then add oil a little at at a time and blend until smooth.
