Stir together all ingredients in small bowl.

Just make this recipe. So much better than soy mayo which ruins the taste of everything:
4 ounces soft silken tofu
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
Use hand blender to blend everything but oil until mixed. Then add oil a little at at a time and blend until smooth.
