Ras el Hanout

Best known as the seasoning used in Moroccan couscous, ras el hanout can contain dozens of different spices and vary in heat and intensity. We came up with a mild, simplified version that’s full of flavor.

2 tsp. smoked paprika

1 ½ tsp. ground coriander
Ingredient Line: 
1 ½ tsp. ground cumin
Ingredient Line: 
1 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. ground turmeric
Ingredient Line: 
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Ingredient Line: 
½ tsp. garlic powder
Ingredient Line: 
¼ tsp. ground allspice
Ingredient Line: 
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
Ingredient Line: 
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions: 

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Store in airtight container.
