Rice-Soy Waffles

A light, crisp waffle that’s easy to make. Leftovers can be frozen.
- 1 cup rice flour
- ½ cup soy flour
- ½ cup potato starch flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups plain soy milk or milk
