Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Makes 1 cup

30 minutes or fewer

Rice wine vinegar has a pure, not-too-acidic taste that tempers the sourness of the lime juice in this dressing. Serve with a crisp salad of Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, and sprouts, or try on cold noodles for an Asian pasta dish.
  • ¼ cup superfine sugar
  • ¼ cup unseasoned rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 ½ Tbs. minced fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  1. Whisk together sugar, vinegar, lime juice, and ginger in bowl until sugar has dissolved. Slowly pour in sesame oil while whisking. Season with salt and pepper.
