Southern-Style Collard Greens

In medium pot, combine water, onion, bay leaf, allspice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tamari, cumin and honey. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. - ½ tsp. allspice
- ½ tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1 Tbs. vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. tamari
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. honey
- 4 cups chopped fresh collard greens
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- Salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
