Spiced Cilantro Dressing
This zesty green garnish transforms the tagine from a nice dish to a knockout. Since the sauce will keep up to a week in the fridge, try doubling or tripling the recipe so you can use it on sandwiches, salads, roasted vegetables, simple grain dishes—let your imagination run.
- Heat oil and cumin in small skillet over medium-low heat. Cook about 2 minutes, or until cumin is fragrant. Transfer to small bowl, and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve as topping for tagine.
