A natural digestion enhancer, this light yogurt drink is flavored with soothing rose water and cardamom.
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 drop rose water
- ¼ tsp. cardamom

You could use pureed mango instead of rosewater and cardamom. Mango lassi's are delicious!
