Sweet Potato Beginnings

Serves 4

30 minutes or fewer

Peel and chop sweet potatoes. Add to medium bowl along with bananas and apples and gently mix well. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
  • 2 sweet potatoes or yams, baked and cooled
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
