Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

Makes 3 Tbs.

30 minutes or fewer

Mix up a large batch of this recipe, and use to dress salads or dip dumplings and spring rolls.
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. superfine sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vegetarian Fish Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chile-Garlic Paste (recipe link) or sambal oelek chile sauce

Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
