Watermelon Spritzer

30 minutes or fewer

In blender, combine first four ingredients and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a pitcher and stir in ginger ale. Serve over ice and garnish with watermelon wedges or a few blackberries if desired.
  • 2 cups seeded, cubed watermelon
  • 3 Tbs. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • Fresh blackberries and/or watermelon wedges for garnish
