Cinnamon Oranges and Honey Yogurt

Vegetarian Times Issue: March 1, 2005   p.80

This simple yet luscious dessert complements the exotic flavors of the couscous.

Directions

  1. Spoon yogurt into fine-meshed sieve placed over a bowl, and let drain 1/2 hour. Place thickened yogurt in mixing bowl, and stir in honey.
  2. Peel oranges, cutting away all pith and membranes. Cut each orange into 6 round slices.
  3. Spoon yogurt into shallow serving plate. Place orange slices on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
