AMAZING...my family has forced me to make this THREE TIMES in just 2 weeks...a couple of recommendations:
Increase cinnamon according to your preference...adds to the flavour...also, i found that using vanilla almond milk was best (i tried rice and soy) and the most important piece of advice:
USE MULTIGRAIN BREAD! We used organic multi grain baked at our local bakery...anything with plenty of seeds...it def. made the recipe for us...also...i would recommend using more apples...YUMMMYYYY

I bought a loaf of "lemon white chocolate" bread and used it for the french toast - decadent!
Delicious! I actually burned my apples, on accident, you know, with two little ones running around it's easy to do that. So we sliced peaches for on top with some agave nectar. It was a hit.
I am going to make my own apple butter today and I cannot wait to make this in class (I am a chef at an enrichment center in N. Miami Beach, FL)! Thanks for the inspiration!!
