Where's the stuffing recipe?! I'm looking for something with cranberries and raisins or apples..something extra flavorful. Any ideas?

I found a pumpkin stuffing recipe made with the tradition veggies of mushrooms, onions, and celery and stuffing spices but with slightly staled pumpkin bread. Very tasty and most people loved it.

Add roasted root vegetables to your stuffing. Apple and nuts are good also. use orange juice for the liquid.

We never miss the turkey on vegetarian Thanksgiving. The sauteed green beans with onion, garlic mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, cranberry-orange sauce, mulled wine, and more make for a colorful and memorable meal that we look forward to all year.

I am trying to find a recipe. Last year for thanksgiving there was a recipe in the magazine for a mushroom dressing. I was wondering if anyone had it? Everyone enjoyed it and I wanted to make it again, unfortunately I cannot remember what all went in it.

Anyone know how big a dutch oven we should use for the 'Chickpea Pot Pie' in the November/December 2009 issue of VT?

I'm looking for the Cranberry sauce recipe from a few years ago. It had fresh cranberries, port wine and agave nectar in it. There was no orange in it, if anyone has it I would love to have it.

I wrote the Thanksgiving article for the VT November 1995 issue. It included my No-Turkey Turkey which was the cover. My niece asked if I still had it and, sadly, I don't. Do you have archives where out-of-print issues can be bought? Or perhaps recipes from some of the old issues? I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Lily
