Superbowl Party

Class up this year’s football party (just a little bit!) by forgoing a table full of open chip bags and storebought salsa in favor of a homemade spread that’ll satisfy everyone gathered around the big screen. For eco-friendly brews, pop open some Wolaver’s Organic Brown Ale or New Belgium Brewing Co.’s Fat Tire Amber Ale (their brewery is wind-powered!).

I've been a vegetarian my entire life (22 years). I work out regularly, and don't smoke or drink. I just started eating a cup of blueberries every day, because of their amazing health benefits. I've never had any health problems. And if you're worried about having to take supplements, eat things like beans and nuts. They house a wealth of vitamins and nutrients.
