Robin Robertson

Robin Robertson has worked with food for over 30 years as a restaurant chef, cooking teacher, and food writer. A longtime vegan, Robin is the author of more than twenty-five cookbooks, including the best-selling Vegan Planet, Fresh from the Vegan Slow Cooker, One-Dish Vegan, 1,000 Vegan Recipes, and Quick-Fix Vegan. Robin wrote the Global Vegan column for VegNews magazine for ten years and has also written for Vegetarian Times and Cooking Light, among others.
