Blueberries and cherries, a couple of summertime favorites, complement each other in this quick seasonal dessert.
1 | Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 | To make Topping: Whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder in small bowl. Mix in melted vegan margarine until clumps form. Stir in oats and almonds; set aside.
3 | To make Filling: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; transfer to 8-inch square cake pan or baking dish. Cover Filling with Topping, and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake 35 minutes, or until Topping is golden brown and Filling slowly bubbles.
