For a make-your-own meal, nothing beats baked potatoes with all the fixings. Set the table with sweet potatoes cooked in the microwave and the following toppings for a healthful feast the whole family will love.

  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1 15-oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh sage


Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beans and sage in butter 3 minutes, or until hot.
